Harikumar Gopala

Harikumar Gopala is an experienced professional in change management and program management, currently serving as the Head of Change Management and Functional Program Manager at CelcomDigi since December 2020, overseeing key workstreams for the Business Support System Transformation Program. Prior to this role, Harikumar was the Head of Demand Management at Celcom Axiata Berhad from October 2012 to December 2020, where responsibilities included leading a team to launch products and align technology with business strategies. In earlier positions at IBM and Maxis, Harikumar managed billing operations and provided leadership in software management and troubleshooting, demonstrating a strong background in operational efficiency and team leadership. Harikumar holds a Bachelor of Information Technology (Multimedia) from Charles Sturt University.
