Ndrew Teng is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in human resources, complemented by 8 years in business, marketing, risk, and systems. Currently, Ndrew serves as the Head of Organisation Design and Special Projects at CelcomDigi, Malaysia's leading telecommunications provider, where responsibilities include overseeing the Organisation Design portfolio and executing special projects related to Job Architecture. Ndrew played a pivotal role in the successful merger of Celcom and Digi and has been recognized as an Axiata Champion in 2022.
