Patricia Chooi

Patricia Chooi currently serves as the Head of Enterprise Sales (Strategic & Corporate) at CelcomDigi, where the focus is on transforming enterprise business strategies by positioning the company as a technology partner. Previously, Patricia held the role of Head of Key Account Management at Digi Telecommunications, leading a successful sales team that significantly enhanced the Digi Business brand among large corporate clients. As the Head of Marketing at YTL Communications Sdn Bhd, Patricia played a pivotal role in launching LTE services and establishing the Yes brand in the mobile internet sector. With earlier roles in CRM strategy, marketing management, and account management across various notable companies, Patricia has a strong background in developing innovative marketing strategies and customer relationship management frameworks. Patricia holds an MBA in Marketing from Charles Sturt University and a BA with Honors in Marketing from Middlesex University.
