Stephanie Leong

Stephanie Leong currently serves as the Head of Change Management and Employer Brand at CelcomDigi since December 2022 and as a Human Resources Business Partner focusing on Cultural Change at Digi Telecommunications since July 2022. Previously, Stephanie held several key positions at British American Tobacco, including Head of Change Management and Human Resources Business Partner, from 2015 to 2020, along with roles in new product introduction and branding. Stephanie also owned and operated Mini Me Cafe for a year in 2015 and began career development at BAT, starting as a Marketing Management Trainee in 2006. Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2006.
