Stephenie Yuan

Stephenie Yuan is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and a strong background in providing legal advice across various business sectors. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at CelcomDigi since November 2022, Stephenie has played a key role in post-merger harmonization efforts, enhancing legal processes and documents. Prior to this, Stephenie worked as a Senior Associate at Lee & Koh, advising on corporate governance and regulatory compliance for a Chinese cloud computing company and resolving shareholder disputes. Earlier roles include serving as an Associate and Pupil in Chambers at Kean Chye & Sivalingam, where Stephenie managed diverse legal matters including debt recovery and corporate litigation. Stephenie's career began as a Paralegal, assisting in various transactions and legal documentation. Stephenie holds an LLB in Law with Business from the University of Birmingham and a Certificate in Legal Practice from Brickfields Asia College.
