Raman Bhatt

Raman Bhatt has extensive experience in total rewards and human resource management, having held key leadership positions in multiple organizations. At Celebi Aviation Holding from January 2019 to November 2021, Raman served as the Global Head of Total Rewards COE for EMEA, India, and SE-Asia, receiving recognition from the World HRD Congress. Subsequently, Raman held the role of Global Total Rewards Senior Manager at Ericsson and was also the Head of Total Rewards for GSC India, focusing on compensation benchmarking and total rewards strategies. Prior to this, Raman worked at Walmart as Manager of Rewards and Assistant Manager of HR for Compensation & Benefits, where responsibilities included planning and implementing compensation programs for the Indian business. Raman's career also includes a position at MetLife as HR for Compensation, Benefits, and Projects. Educational qualifications include a PGCHRM in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and certification as a Rewards Professional from AON Hewitt.
