Yılmaz Parlatan

Yılmaz PARLATAN is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in various roles within the aviation and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Procurement Assistant Manager at Celebi Aviation Holding since November 2018, Yılmaz has also taken on the role of SPP Ambassador for The Sustainable Procurement Pledge since September 2020. Previous positions include Purchasing Specialist at Adal A.Ş. and Chassis Brakes International Turkey, along with experience as a Purchasing Assistant. Yılmaz began the career with an internship at PwC focusing on assurance services. Academically, Yılmaz holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Bahcesehir University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Uludag University.
