Max Ang

Max Ang is an experienced professional in insurance technology and data analytics, currently serving as an Insurance Technology Research Advisor for Celent since December 2019. With a background in machine learning, Max has led research initiatives focused on insurance administration systems and emerging technologies, contributing to industry events as a speaker and publishing insightful reports on digital innovation in the insurance sector. Prior to Celent, Max worked at OneConnect Financial Technology as a Machine Learning Engineer, developing cognitive-automated solutions, and held data analyst roles at OCBC Bank and DBS Bank, where skills in SQL, SAS programming, and risk management were utilized. Earlier experience includes business development at Gametize and data analysis at Pfizer. Max holds a Master of Technology in Enterprise Business Analytics from the National University of Singapore and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems and Management from the University of London.
