Dino Robles Huaynate

Dino Robles Huaynate has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Subgerente de operaciones at Celepsa since September 2017, overseeing sustainable operations at hydroelectric and future wind power plants. Previous roles at Celepsa include Líder de Excelencia Operacional, where leadership focused on operational excellence through process improvement and digital transformation, and Jefe de producción, responsible for maintenance coordination and regulatory representation. Dino's career began in various capacities at Celepsa, including Coordinador de Centro de Control and Operador, highlighting a strong technical background. Additional experience includes work at CAM PERÚ and Edelnor, focusing on energy management and loss reduction.
