André Akira Kashiwara, MBA, CSSBB

André Akira Kashiwara has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. André Akira started their career as a Pre-Sales Analyst at Cisco in 2004 and then moved on to work as a Consultant at IBM from 2005 to 2007. André Akira joined Accenture in 2007 as an Associate Manager and worked there until 2013. During their time at Accenture, they held various managerial positions.

In 2013, they joined SunGard Financial Systems as a Regional Manager, where they were responsible for managing regional operations. In 2014, they became a Senior Executive (Director) at Misys, where they demonstrated strong leadership skills.

André then pursued an MBA at Imperial College Business School from 2015 to 2016, during which they achieved distinction. André Akira co-founded FitCat, an Internet of Things wellness company, in 2015 and served as the Co-Founder and COO until February 2017. FitCat developed an app, device, and community dedicated to improving cat health.

In 2016, André joined Alchemmy as a Management Consultant, where they provided valuable insights and solutions to clients. Later that year, they became the Vice President of Product Management at Celerik, focusing on web, mobile, and cloud services.

Currently, André is working as the Head of Operations and PM WW Special Projects at Amazon. In this role, they oversee operations and manages special projects worldwide.

André Akira Kashiwara, MBA, CSSBB has a diverse education background. In 2015 to 2016, they attended Imperial College Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Strategy, Operations, and Digital Technology. Prior to that, in 2012 to 2013, they participated in an Executive Program for Advanced Management at Stanford University. Although the field of study for this program is not specified.

Before pursuing their advanced degrees, André completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration at USP - Universidade de São Paulo. Additionally, they acquired technical education in Computer Programming and System Development at Escola Técnica Federal de São Paulo.

In terms of certifications, André has obtained several valuable credentials. These include being an Accenture Technology Architect certified by Accenture, a CSM - Certified Scrum Master certified by Scrum Alliance, a CSPO - Certified Scrum Product Owner certified by Scrum Alliance, a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) certified by the International Six Sigma Institute™, and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (MCMI) certified by the Chartered Management Institute. Furthermore, André is a Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) certified by Stanford University and has completed Solution Selling training offered by Sales Performance International.
