Anna Van Cleef, PMP has held a variety of roles in their professional career. In 2022, they began working as the Director of Product Management and Product Manager at Neon One. In these roles, they implemented and managed the UserVoice Suggestion Portal to review and prioritize product suggestions and ideas from internal and external users. Anna also worked with Neon One customer-facing team members to solicit market feedback and leveraged insights from NPS surveys and win/loss analysis to determine market needs. Additionally, they met with multiple customers on a weekly basis to empathize and understand their pain points.

From 2017 to 2022, Anna held various roles at Management Controls, Inc. Anna was a Sr. Product Manager, where they managed the Aha! Suggestion Portal process to review and prioritize over 500 ideas from internal and external customers. Anna also worked with leadership to drive decisions with the Decision Review Board (DRB) with executive leadership and leveraged insights from Sales, Support, Customer Success and Consulting teams to understand market feedback on products. Additionally, they were a Product Manager and Project Manager 3, where they defined and drove the Track Classic product roadmap, developed and drove the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the next generation Track platform, myTrack, and enabled clients to realize cost savings, improved safety and contractual compliance through the implementation of Track and other related business solutions.

From 2014 to 2017, Anna worked at Georgia-Pacific LLC as a Project Manager and Manager, SS&P Learning and Organizational Effectiveness. In these roles, they drove visibility of third-party services spend for Labor using the Track solution to effectively manage contract adherence and invoice accuracy driving cost competitiveness, process automation and benchmarking which enables safety and better category and project management. Anna also led the center of excellence in the development of human capital by helping others to anticipate and embrace change and optimally acquiring, sharing, and applying knowledge in Strategic Souring and Procurement (SS&P) and created and managed an internal Change Management Framework for SS&P based on internal culture and Change Management Principles. Additionally, they were a Business Analyst - Procurement Operations Audit, where they helped the Strategic Sourcing and Procurement organization better understand and meet Internal Financial Controls as well as the procurement policy and guidelines.

From 2011 to 2014, Anna held two roles at ORNL Federal Credit Union as the Marketing Research and Database Manager and BSA Specialist. As the Marketing Research and Database Manager, they improved the use of data to make strategic and departmental decisions based on marketing research and the data maintained in the data warehouse (iNTEGRATOR) and worked closely with Senior and Executive Management to identify opportunities for improvement and help to implement an effective and efficient solution to the issue at hand. As the BSA Specialist, they performed the duties of the BSA Specialist insuring that ORNL Federal Credit Union stays in compliance with Federal Laws and the rules enforced by the NCUA.

In 2010, Anna worked as an Accounting Intern/Co-Op at the Dayton VA Medical Center, where they saved the Veteran Affairs Department over a million dollars by actively auditing claims and developing a system to efficiently increase and decrease 1358’s as appropriate and used Excel and Access on a regular basis to track progress and run daily reports.

In 2009, Anna worked at BusinessPlans, Inc. as a COBRA Administrator and Accountant's Assistant. As the COBRA Administrator, they helped to develop PowerPoint presentation to market to future clients as well as a customer service presentation and performed daily COBRA Administration tasks including, but not limited to, contacting insurance companies regarding COBRA benefits, reconciliation,

Anna Van Cleef, PMP has a diverse educational background. Anna obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain and Information Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2014. Prior to that, they studied Accounting and Management Information Systems at the University of Dayton from 2008 to 2011. In addition to their degree, Anna has obtained various certifications, including a PMP from PMI in 2018, a Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level III from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI) in 2020, and various other certifications from LinkedIn, Pragmatic Institute, 2Win!, The Training Clinic, Paladin Associates, Inc., and Praxilient, Inc.
