Kathleen Keenan (Butehorn)

Kathleen (Butehorn) Keenan has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years.

Kathleen started their career as an Office Administrator at Culligan Bottled Water in 1994. During their tenure, they handled various administrative tasks such as accounts receivable, route delivery scheduling, implementation and training of employees on a delivery tracking system, inside sales, and customer service.

In 1997, Keenan joined Arnold Machinery Co as an Accounts Payable Manager. Kathleen'sresponsibilities included supervising a team of four accounts payable clerks, processing weekly check runs, approving manual checks, writing and approving interdepartmental general ledger entries, monthly processing of credit cards and warranty claims, and managing major vendors.

From 2001 to 2003, Keenan worked in the HR department at P.H.E. Mechanical, Inc.

In 2005, they returned to Symbiot Business Group as an Accounts Payable Manager for a short period before joining Dental Select in 2006 as an Accounts Payable Clerk. Later that year, they joined Integrated Building Maintenance as a Manager, a position they held until 2012.

In 2006, Keenan also took on the role of Business/Department Analyst at Symbiot Business Group. Kathleen'sprimary responsibility was improving processes by gaining knowledge from different departments and using their accounting expertise to ensure seamless transitions.

At Symbiot Business Group, they held various positions between 2007 and 2012. Keenan served as a Central Processing Manager, where they were responsible for developing and managing the compliance department. Kathleen proposed new reporting requirements for contractors and built the department from scratch.

In 2011, they also had a temporary position as an Interim Netsuite System Administrator at Symbiot Business Group. Kathleen'sduties included creating reports, reviewing database accuracy, and performing system updates.

From 2012 to the present, Keenan has been working at Celerion. Kathleen started as a Business Operations Administrator and later became a Global Project Manager, responsible for managing project and financial milestones for global opportunities across multiple departments. Currently, they serve as the Director of Proposal and Financial Management, overseeing proposal development and managing financial aspects of projects.

Throughout their career, Keenan has demonstrated strong leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

Kathleen (Butehorn) Keenan attended the University of Phoenix from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general studies. Additionally, they attended the University of Phoenix School of Business during the same period and received another Bachelor of Science degree, though the specific field of study is not mentioned.
