Shaista Shahid

Shaista Shahid currently serves as the Manager of HR at Celeritas, an award-winning digital consulting firm, since May 2023. Previously, Shaista held the position of Deputy Manager Human Resources at UNITED TOWEL EXPORTERS (PVT) LTD, where responsibilities included KPI development and implementation of a performance management system. Between December 2019 and May 2022, Shaista worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at Liberty Mills Limited and was an HR Executive at Mustaqim Dyeing & Printing Industries (Pvt) Ltd from December 2016 to July 2019, focusing on hiring activities for both management and non-management roles. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Officer at BankIslami Pakistan Limited, where recruitment processes and employee promotions were key responsibilities. Shaista holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management Sciences from Mohammad Ali Jinnah University, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
