Karl Kotalik

Karl Kotalik is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief Solutions Officer at Celerium since October 2023, Kotalik previously held the position of Vice President & General Manager - Risk Intelligence at Everbridge from August 2019 to July 2023. Prior to that, Kotalik was named Chief Executive Officer of NC4 in April 2018, after serving as President and Vice President of Global Strategy and Intelligence. Kotalik's career includes a significant tenure at Candle Corporation as Senior Director of Product Management and at Price Waterhouse as a Senior Consultant. Kotalik holds a degree from the University of Southern California.
