Luis Miguel Ballestas Ayala is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Celes, where Luis Miguel is focused on building the future of retail from Latam. Previously, Luis Miguel held various roles at iFood, including Head of Technology Latam, Head of New Business Development, and Country Manager Colombia. Before their time at iFood, Luis Miguel co-founded Come Ya and worked as a Coordinador de Proyectos at Ludycom S.A. Luis Miguel also has experience as an Analista de Programación at GECOLSA. Luis Miguel studied Ingeniería de Sistemas at Universidad del Norte and completed a Posgrado en dirección y gestión de TIC at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
