Charles Lespérance

Charles Lespérance is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment and strategic roles. Currently serving as a Partner at Celesta Capital since March 2025, Lespérance previously held several positions at BDC from July 2016 to March 2025, including Partner in Deep Tech and AVP Ecosystem Development. Prior to that, Lespérance was the Manager of Natural Resources Private Equity at PSP Investments, where responsibilities included leading deals in the mining, oil & gas, and agriculture sectors. Early career experience includes a Business Analyst role at McKinsey & Company, focusing on operational implementations and strategic development. Charles Lespérance holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
