Jacquelyn Weber

Jacquelyn Weber joined Celestar in January 2021 as the Recruiting Manager. She brings a wealth of knowledge, dedication, commitment, and passion for the Intelligence community. Having begun her career within Government contracting as a recruiter with Quiet Professionals, LLC progressing through the ranks to recruiting manager at the firm. Prior to joining the Celestar team, she held many roles and responsibilities as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Programs at Bluehawk, LLC. Jacquelyn maintains an extensive network of contacts across a wide swath of the Intelligence Community that makes her an effective recruiting manager aligning with the present and future goals of Celestar Corporation.

Jacquelyn was born and raised in North-Central Pennsylvania where she attended Mansfield University majoring in Psychology and was actively involved in her community serving as a member of the Kiwanis club and the Mansfield VFW. She has a strong passion for the Military as her grandfather and brother both served in the United States Army.
