Sarah Armstrong

Sarah Armstrong currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Celestia Labs since May 2025, following a role as VP of Operations & Finance at Livepeer from February 2022 to May 2025. Armstrong has extensive experience in corporate development and strategic investments, having held positions such as Executive Advisor at Elastics.cloud, Inc., Global Ecosystem Lead for EMEA at Cash App, and Deal Lead in Corporate Development at Block. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Samsung Electronics and AEP Capital, where focus areas included mergers and acquisitions and business strategy. Armstrong holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and a B.A. in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara, along with an MBA in Finance from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School.
