Balamurugan RG has over 15 years of international experience in the Energy and Healthcare industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Audit Associate at PwC, leading audits for listed multinational companies in India. In 2011, they joined GE as a Senior Manager in the Corporate Audit Staff, where they led global teams, conducted audits, and worked on strategic initiatives and advisory projects for various GE businesses. Notable projects during this time included establishing GE's global finance shared services, delayering GE Energy, and assessing global tax controls. In 2015, Balamurugan became the M&A - Integration Executive Director at GE Power, leading a global team to integrate GE Power Services and Alstom Thermal Services, resulting in over $1 billion in cash synergies. From 2017 to 2021, they served as the CFO and Member of the Board for FieldCore, a GE Company, overseeing field services for GE customers in the Power, Renewables, and Oil & Gas segments. In 2021, Balamurugan joined GE Renewable Energy as the Head of FP&A and Commercial Finance for Onshore Wind North America, where they were responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and supporting commercial teams on deal pipeline and financing. In early 2022, they decided to start their own company, Celestial Business Intelligence, as the Founder and CEO, leveraging their expertise to help companies improve their performance.

Balamurugan RG completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore. Balamurugan then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Chartered Accountancy/CPA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2005 to 2010.
