Brad Byblow has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Brad currently holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources – Global Operations at Celestica since October 2022. Previously, from 2018 to 2022, they worked as the SVP, People & Culture at Medical Pharmacies Group Limited.
From 2006 to 2018, Brad worked at Telenor in various roles. Brad served as the Chief Human Resources Officer for People & Culture, leading the revamping of the People & Culture unit to be more progressive and business-centric. Brad also held the position of Senior Vice President of Marketing, overseeing various segments and leading the transformation of the Consumer Segment in Bulgaria. Additionally, they worked as the Chief Marketing Officer, Vice President of Business, Vice President of Sales & Distribution, Director of Direct Sales, and Director of Business Sales during their tenure at Telenor.
Prior to Telenor, Brad held the role of Manager Mid Markets for Central United States at Business Objects in 2006. Brad also worked at Rogers Communications from 2000 to 2006, holding various managerial positions in Business Solutions, Business Sales, and Dealer Sales in British Columbia.
Brad Byblow received an Advanced Business Administration and Management degree from Capilano University, School of Business in 1994. Brad later pursued various short-term courses in different areas, including Strategic Marketing at INSEAD in 2014 and Finance for Senior Executives at Harvard University in 2015. In 2016 and 2017, they attended INSEAD again for courses on Strategy & Execution in a Digital Era and Strategy & Execution in a Digital Era II, respectively. Brad also studied Digital Transformation at IMD in 2015 and briefly attended London Business School in 2012.
