Doug Parker

Doug Parker currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Celestica, where responsibilities include leading a global legal, compliance, ethics, and sustainability organization, as well as acting as Secretary to the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, Doug held various positions at OpenText, including Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, where Doug successfully completed 30 acquisitions and managed significant capital deployment. Other notable roles include President and CEO at Quarterhill Inc., Senior Vice President at OpenText, and Managing Attorney at Nortel Networks. Doug holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, an LLB from Queen's University, and a degree in Arts from the University of Toronto.
