Lou Dorn

Lou Dorn currently serves as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Resorts World Las Vegas, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Lou Dorn was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel for North America at Bally's Corporation from January 2022 to September 2025, and also served as the Vice President of Legal Operations. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Legal Officer at Monarch Casino & Resort, Inc., General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at SLS Las Vegas, and General Counsel at Aliante Gaming and TAO Group. Earlier in the career, Lou Dorn was Vice President and General Counsel at Las Vegas Hilton, an attorney at Snell & Wilmer, and Chief of Corporate Securities Division at the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Lou Dorn holds a JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and a BS in Advertising from the University of Nevada, Reno.
