Dr. Abderrazzaq Ifis currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Engineering - Operations Excellence at Celestica, a position held since July 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure at AT&S from September 2014 to July 2025, where Dr. Ifis held several roles including Director of Engineering, leading the Technology Development and New Products Industrialization teams in China and Malaysia, and overseeing the qualification and ramp-up of a new IC-substrate plant in Kulim, Malaysia. Additional experience includes positions as Program Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Supervisor, and TDI Engineer Senior at AT&S, as well as work as an R&D Engineer at CNRS and GIP-InSIC in France. Dr. Ifis holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Mechanics of Materials & Energetics from Université de Lorraine, and an Ing. in Materials Science and Processes Engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
