Kara Golani-Tran

Kara Golani-Tran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2011, they worked as a MyCharityConnects Program Manager and Nonprofit Training Manager at CanadaHelps. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Sr. Microsoft Learning Consultant (formerly Teacher Ambassador) at Microsoft. At CIBC, they served as the Enterprise Lead for Adoption and Change Management from 2017 to 2018. Kara then joined TD and held various positions, including Senior Consultant, Senior Strategist, and Manager, Special Initiatives. Currently, Kara is a Senior Manager at Celestica, where they lead Global Talent & Performance Management and serves as the ERG Lead for the Celestica Women's Network.

Kara Golani-Tran holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in English & Communications Studies from York University. Kara also obtained a Change Management Practitioner certification from Prosci in 2017.
