Miguel Peña

Miguel Peña is a Senior Lead Engineer in Manufacturing Process at Celestica, with expertise in supervising mechanical system installations and monitoring automated machinery performance. Previously, at Bradford Company, Miguel served as an Automation/Process Engineer, focusing on project and maintenance management. Miguel’s experience includes a role as Lean Jr Engineer at Danfoss, where responsibilities involved lean training, developing standard operating procedures, and improving production efficiency. Miguel began a career in Research and Development at Festo and holds a Master of Engineering in Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Robotics, and Mechatronics from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
