Mini Shah

Mini Shah has extensive work experience in the technology industry. They currently hold the position of Vice President of Software Engineering at Celestica, a role they began in June 2021. Prior to this, Mini held various senior positions at Dell Technologies, including Vice President of Software Engineering from September 2019 to March 2021, Senior Director from February 2018 to September 2019, and Director of Software Engineering from August 2015 to February 2018. Before joining Dell Technologies, Mini worked as the Director of Engineering at Extreme Networks from December 2005 to July 2015. Mini's earlier experience includes roles as Principal Engineer at Ciena Corporation from March 1999 to March 2000, Principal Engineer at Omnia Communication from November 1997 to March 1999, Senior Engineer at FORE Systems from December 1996 to October 1997, and Senior Engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation from January 1992 to December 1996.

Mini Shah completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering at TSEC, India from 1985 to 1989. Mini then proceeded to pursue their Master of Science (MS) in Computer Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1989 to 1991.
