Paul Stanners

Paul Stanners has a diverse work experience, primarily focused in IT roles. Paul started their career at Alcatel as a Network Management Specialist from 1998 to 2000. From there, they joined Celestica and held various positions including IT Business Partnership Director, IT Customer Enablement Director, IT Director - Digital Transformation Program Manager, IT Director - Employee Collaboration Services, and IT Engage Lead - User Experience. During their time at Celestica, Paul was responsible for overseeing IT projects, translating business requirements into technical requirements, developing business cases, and coordinating with external partners. Paul also led teams focused on employee collaboration, vendor management, and user experience.

Paul Stanners pursued their education at McMaster University, where they completed a Bachelor of Engineering and Management degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering and Telecommunications from 1994 to 2000.
