Paula Beitz

Paula Beitz is an accomplished business development professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Celestica since March 2017, Paula is responsible for supporting the company’s largest aerospace customer and driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition. Prior roles include Customer Director at Plexus Corp., where Paula managed key customer relationships and complex contract negotiations, and Director of Strategic Sourcing at Microsoft, overseeing supply chain initiatives for major product launches. With earlier positions at Celestica, Flextronics, and Smartflex, Paula has a comprehensive background in sales management and business development, complemented by a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Northern Arizona University and a Marketing Specialist Program from Clemson University.
