Tina Lombardo, M.A., ACC has more than 20 years of experience in talent development, performance management, learning, and leadership development. Tina has held various senior leadership positions in renowned companies such as Celestica, Sym-Tech Dealer Services, CST Consultants Inc., Artisan Consulting Services, and The Mosaic Group, Inc. Tina has a proven track record of implementing innovative programs and practices to drive employee engagement and support strategic business goals. Tina is skilled in conducting needs analysis, designing and delivering customized learning solutions, and managing client relationships. Tina also has experience in change management and performance consulting. Tina holds a Master of Arts degree and is an Associate Certified Coach.

Tina Lombardo, M.A., ACC, has a comprehensive education history. Tina attended York University from 1990 to 1993, where they earned an Honors B.A. in French Studies and Mass Communications. Tina continued their studies at York University and obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in French Studies (linguistics) in 2000. In 2003, Tina pursued Adult Education at OISE, University of Toronto. Tina also completed Group Facilitation training with ICA Associates in 2002. Tina enhanced their coaching skills at the Adler School of Professional Coaching from 2014 to 2016 and became an Adler Trained Coach. Tina holds additional certifications, including EQ-i 2.0 + EQ 360 Certified from MHS Talent in 2019 and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coaching Federation in 2017.
