Danielle Matsumoto

Danielle Matsumoto currently serves as the VP of Finance at Loyal since May 2024. Previously, Danielle held various finance roles at Tesla from September 2014 to April 2024, including Director of Finance, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing company-wide forecasts for income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow, while also managing substantial annual G&A costs and serving as interim head of the Compensation Team in 2022. Prior finance experience includes positions at Goldman Sachs from July 2011 to September 2014, where Danielle worked as an Equity Research Associate, focusing on traditional and alternative asset managers and contributing to IPO valuations and research coverage for notable firms like The Carlyle Group and Oaktree Capital Management. Danielle also gained early experience as a Summer Analyst in Equity Research at Goldman Sachs in 2010. Danielle holds a BS/BA in Finance and History from The Wharton School, obtained in 2011.
