Alexandre Victorino

Alexandre Victorino is the Chief HR & Legal Officer at Celfinet. Alexandre has over fifteen years of experience as a lawyer, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, project and corporate finance.

Prior to joining Celfinet, Alexandre was a Junior Partner at ARB Legal - Macau Lawyers, where they worked on some of the top operations in the industry, including LBOs, private placements, and acquisitions. Alexandre also has experience in arbitration and litigation, technology, construction, real estate, and corporate law.

Alexandre began their career as a Trainee Lawyer at Osório de Castro - Lawyers in October 2000. Alexandre was promoted to Junior Associate in October 2003 and worked on complex contract drafting, among other things. In March 2002, they moved to ARB Legal - Macau Lawyers as a Junior Partner.

Alexandre Victorino has a background in law, having completed a Bachelor of Laws at the Universidade de Coimbra. Alexandre also has a post-graduation in taxation from the same university. In terms of executive education, they have completed courses in leadership and international business at the MS Leadership and ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management schools, respectively.
