Miguel Pacheco

Miguel Pacheco has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry, starting as a NOC Operations Supervisor at TMN-Telecomunicações Móveis Nacionais, SA in 2001. Miguel later worked as an Independent Consultant at Unitel on behalf of Ericsson, and then moved on to Portugal Telecom where they held roles such as Performance Analyst - Regional Lead. Miguel'smost recent position was at Celfinet as a Team Lead - Performance & Audit Network in the Operations Department, where they were responsible for team coordination and network management. Miguel has extensive experience in network performance control, troubleshooting, and multi-disciplinary task coordination.

From 2008 to 2013, Miguel Pacheco attended U.A.L. where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Computer Engineering.
