Paula Sousa

Paula Sousa is a Business Analyst at Celfocus since February 2015, where responsibilities include leading an analysis team and collaborating closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to define user story requirements. Previously, Paula contributed to the du Fixed Automation project and worked as a Quality Assurance Functional Tester, designing test cases and executing functional tests. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Fellow at Universidade da Beira Interior from July 2012 to December 2014 on the R&D Project Tice, and as a Researcher at ALLab, focusing on diagnostic algorithms. Paula's early career included a role as a Telemarketing Operator at Teleperformance Portugal. Paula holds an MSc and a Graduate degree in Biomedical Sciences, both from Universidade da Beira Interior.
