Manisha Dash

Manisha Dash has extensive work experience in human resources. Manisha is currently the Head HR, APAC at Celigo, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director India, Human Resources at Celigo from October 2019 to February 2023. In this role, they were responsible for heading HR, Admin, Ops & Recruiting functions for the India region and played a strategic role in attracting, engaging, motivating, evaluating performance, and retaining talent.

Before joining Celigo, Manisha worked as a Human Resources Manager at Celigo from December 2016 to October 2019.

Prior to their time at Celigo, Manisha worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Amazon from October 2015 to December 2016.

Before joining Amazon, they gained experience as an HR Analyst at Deloitte India (Offices of the US) from June 2014 to October 2015.

Manisha's career in human resources began at WaterHealth International, where they worked as a Senior Executive HR from June 2012 to June 2014. In this role, they focused on talent acquisition, workforce recruitment, and employee satisfaction surveys.

Manisha Dash completed a Postgraduate Degree in Psychology from the University of Essex in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2018. Manisha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Vellore Institute of Technology, which they completed in 2012. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Vellore Institute of Technology, which they earned in 2010, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, Marketing, and Organizational Development. Manisha also obtained a certification in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2017.
