Srikanta Maharana has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Srikanta started their career as a Customer Care Executive at Tata Business Services & Support Limited in 2012. In 2016, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Sutherland before joining VMware as an Operations Representative in 2017. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Sales Operations Analyst at Symantec, where they focused on renewals and engaging with distributors. Following this, they joined Broadcom Inc. as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they were responsible for the end-to-end order life cycle and developing renewal and closure plans. Currently, they are working at Celigo as a Revenue Operations Lead, where they partner with various teams to bring deals to closure and accurately reflect booking in the CRM, as well as manages the renewal and invoicing process.
Srikanta Maharana attended Berhampur University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a BCA degree in Computer Software Engineering. In addition, they have acquired various certifications including Salesforce: Custom Reports, Excel Business Intelligence (Parts 2 and 3), Advanced Excel Formulas and Functions, Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Essential Training, Excel Business Intelligence (Part 1), and Tableau Desktop Specialist Certified. The years of obtaining these certifications vary from 2019 to 2021.
