Chelsea Johnson

Chelsea Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Chelsea most recently worked at Cellanome as an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition, where they played a crucial role in the development of the company's unique multiomics platform. Prior to that, Chelsea worked at Exact Sciences, first as a Senior Recruiter, then as an Executive Recruiter, and finally as an Associate Director of Recruiting for Executive and R&D roles. During their time at Exact Sciences, they were responsible for driving the candidate engagement and intelligence strategy for executive searches, as well as identifying and engaging diverse candidates. Before joining Exact Sciences, Chelsea served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Menasha Corporation, where they managed the full recruitment process, including sourcing, negotiation, and training. Chelsea also developed policies and procedures for recruiting and onboarding processes. Prior to that, Chelsea held positions at HarQen as a Senior Executive of HR Partnerships, The QTI Group as a Corporate Development Manager, and LaSalle Network as a Recruiter and Business Development Manager.

Chelsea Johnson pursued their undergraduate education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Additionally, in May 2014, they obtained a certification in the Future Milwaukee Community Leadership Program from Marquette University.
