Jennifer Nichols

Jennifer Nichols, FASPR, RACR, serves as the System Director of Talent Acquisition at Hospital Sisters Health System since November 2021, where leadership focuses on strategic executive and physician recruitment across Wisconsin and Illinois. Prior to this role, Jennifer was with SSM Health from October 2014 to November 2021 as a Senior Executive, Physician and Provider Recruiter, managing full cycle recruitment for executives and physicians. Previous experience includes a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist position at Dean Health Plan, Inc., and an HR Regional Recruitment Manager role at West Corporation. Jennifer also owned and operated Optical Edge Inc. and worked as an Office Manager at Walman Optical Inc. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's and Associate's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, along with studies in Nursing at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
