Mary Beth Lisman

Mary Beth Lisman is the current Acting General Counsel and Secretary at Cellanyx. Mary has also previously served as the founder of a private legal practice, as well as the Senior Vice President & General Counsel at Reed Elsevier. In this role, they established the legal department for an operating division of a multinational information, technology, and publishing company. Mary also served on the division's Executive Board and was responsible for managing all aspects of the company's legal affairs, including commercial, contractual, employment, litigation, and intellectual property matters. Additionally, Lisman served as the Vice President of the worldwide Human Resource department and was responsible for establishing Human Resource strategic direction and policies for a newly integrated and reengineered multinational workforce. Prior to their work at Reed Elsevier, Lisman worked as an associate at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP.

Mary Beth Lisman attended Boston College for their Bachelor of Arts and Suffolk University Law School for their Doctor of Law.
