Stephen Berenson

Stephen Berenson has over three decades of experience in the financial industry. Stephen began their career at J.P. Morgan in 1984 as a Vice President in the Latin America M&A group. In 1992, they were promoted to Managing Director and Co-head of Technology Investment Banking. During their time at J.P. Morgan, Stephen also served as a Managing Director in the Equity Capital Markets and Derivatives group. In 2005, they were promoted to Vice Chairman and Senior Banker. Stephen left J.P. Morgan in 2017 to join the board of directors at CiBO Technologies. Stephen served on the board at CiBO Technologies from October 2017 to September 2021. Stephen is currently the Chairman at Cellarity.
