Rafi Caradi

Rafi Caradi has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Rafi began their career at Nisko Technologies Ltd. in 2001, where they served as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they were involved in various tasks such as project management, customer consultation and support, and had a strong knowledge of cellular technologies including 2G/3G/UMTS/CDMA/EVDO/LTE. Rafi also had expertise in integration testing and drive test tools. Rafi then joined Cellcom in 2018 as the Head of the optical network engineering team.

Rafi Caradi studied Computer Science at The Open University of Israel from 1998 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineering degree in Electronics and Computers at AMIT Kfar Batya, earning it in 1993.
