Yaniv Balulu

Yaniv Balulu is an experienced engineering operations and infrastructure team manager at Cellcom since July 2006, overseeing a team of eleven network engineers and responsible for various network infrastructures, including Mobile IP Core & Backbone, VoIP, and data centers. Prior to this role, Yaniv served as an IP Network Engineer at Cellcom, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of IP and security networks, and led strategic projects such as the NGN VoIP Network and LTE Network. Previously, at Bezeq International from March 1999 to June 2006, Yaniv worked as an IP Engineer in the IT division, managing design, implementation, and training for SS7, NGN, and VoIP networks while collaborating with international carriers. Yaniv holds a CCIE in Routing and Switching from Cisco College and a degree as an Electrical Practical Engineer from Tel Aviv University.
