Kyle Rusconi

Kyle Rusconi is an experienced executive with over 20 years in U.S. and international venture capital. They served as the US Head of Proprietary Trading at BNP Paribas from 1995 to 2010, overseeing substantial trading operations and achieving significant revenue growth. Following this role, they became a Partner at Doubling Road Holdings, where they helped cultivate and sell a medical marijuana license, generating substantial returns for investors. Kyle later held senior positions at Macquarie Group and, currently, is the Founder & Venture Partner at First In Ventures, leading investments in early-stage companies and mentoring global startups. Additionally, Kyle is a Board Director at GLIKNIK INC. and a Board Observer at Celldom, Inc., while pursuing a degree in Finance at Villanova University.
