Sophie Derniame

Sophie Derniame is an experienced professional in cell manufacturing and technology transfer, currently serving as the Director of CMC Program Management and Director of Technology Transfers at Cellectis since January 2013. Previously, Sophie held various roles including Manufacturing Project Manager and Scientist - Project Leader, focusing on process and assay development for UCART cell manufacturing. Prior experiences include research associate positions at Anthony Nolan, University College London, and Imperial College London, contributing to projects related to stem cell transplantation, gene therapy, and molecular immunology. Sophie holds a PhD in Lung cancer/local immune response from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1, and a Master's degree in Microbiology, Enzymology, and Nutrition from the same institution.
