Sebastian Lipperson

Sebastian Lipperson has extensive experience in information technology and security, currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Cellex Cell Professionals since February 2021, where additional titles include Senior Director IT & Technology and Head of IT Services. Prior to this role, Sebastian held several positions at the City administration of Moenchengladbach from September 2010 to January 2021, culminating in the role of Department Head of central services and IT. Earlier in career, Sebastian worked as a Sales Representative at Toshiba Tec Imaging Systems and as a Management Assistant at Deutsche Telekom AG. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Wirtschaftsinformatik from WINGS-Fernstudium and a Bachelor of Laws in Öffentliche Verwaltung from Fachhochschule für öffentliche Verwaltung.
