Currently serving as the Regional Director for the UK and Ireland at Celli Group, Umberto oversees all operations, managing over 250 employees across multiple sites and legal entities. Prior to this role, significant contributions were made at Network Rail as a Senior Programme Manager and Finance Manager, driving transformation in commercial practices and managing a substantial CapEx portfolio. Previous experience includes key positions at BP, where Umberto managed country-wide transformation projects and supported global accounts, as well as a solid foundation in financial management from roles at Castrol. Academic credentials include a General Management degree from Cranfield University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, along with specialized training in strategy implementation and negotiation skills.
