Adeola A. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, M&A, and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as Lead Corporate Counsel for Cellnex Telecom since March 2025, Adeola directs corporate M&A and strategic transactions for the UK business. Previously, as Director of Legal for Motorway, legal leadership was provided for a tech and payments platform. Adeola held the role of General Counsel and Company Secretary at Solaris SE, overseeing legal, compliance, and risk functions within a regulated financial institution. Adeola also advised on corporate governance as a Board Observer for Solaris Lithuania and contributed to women's empowerment as a Business Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation.
