Óscar Cabezuela

Óscar Cabezuela has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Óscar currently holds the position of Global Corporate Legal Director at Cellnex Telecom since October 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Legal M&A Director at the same company from December 2021 to October 2023. Óscar also had a Secondee - Legal M&A position at Cellnex Telecom from January 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Cellnex Telecom, Óscar worked as a Senior Associate at Herbert Smith Freehills from February 2014 to December 2021. Óscar also worked as an Associate at Simmons & Simmons from November 2011 to January 2014, and as an Abogado (Lawyer) at Ramón y Cajal Abogados from July 2006 to October 2011.

In addition to their legal roles, Óscar served as a Professor for Master LLM Internacional in Private Equity & Venture Capital at Instituto de Empresa from 2018 to 2020.

Óscar Cabezuela attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in E-1 in the field of Empresarial. In 2009, they furthered their education at Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) for a one-year Master's program in Tributación y Asesoría Fiscal.
