Xavier Gispert Vinyals

Xavier Gispert Vinyals has a strong background in corporate and business communication, with a focus on external and internal communication, public relations, and corporate image. Xavier has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Global Corporate & Business Communication Director at Cellnex Telecom since September 2022 and Global Head of Corporate & Business Communications at the same company from September 2017 to September 2022. Prior to their time at Cellnex Telecom, they served as the PR & Communications Director at Institut Català de Finances (ICF) from February 2013 to 2017. Xavier also worked as the PR & Deputy Managing Director at Unió Empresarial Intersectorial - Cercle d'Empresaris from January 2000 to December 2003. Additionally, Xavier gained experience as the Director of External Relations at Ficosa from January 2004 to December 2010 and as the Chief Communication Officer for the Department of Enterprise and Employment at the Generalitat de Catalunya from January 2011 to December 2012.

Xavier Gispert Vinyals pursued their education in several institutions and fields of study. In 2016, they attended IESE Business School, where they obtained a PDD (Programa de Desarrollo Directivo) degree. Additionally, they participated in an Executive Education course on Communication in Times of Crisis at IESE Business School in the same year. In 2003, Xavier completed a Curso Superior in Protocolo, Comunicación y Organización de Actos at the Escuela Internacional de Protocolo de Cataluña. Recently, they obtained a certification named "Preparing for Your Review" from LinkedIn in 2022.
