Emily Carey

Emily Carey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent management and human resources. Currently serving as the National Program Manager for People and Culture at Cellular Sales since December 2016, Emily leads scalable Talent Management initiatives and effectively manages multiple projects. Previously, as the Director of Talent and Learning at Random Acts of Flowers, Emily partnered with leadership to execute human resource strategies and oversee employee onboarding programs. Earlier roles include Regional Director of Recruiting Operations at GHS Acquisitions, Inc. / Cydcor, where Emily executed full life-cycle recruitment processes and managed a national recruiting team, and Sales and Recruiting Manager at OPEG, Inc. / Cydcor, which involved responsibility for talent acquisition metrics and data integrity. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.
