Kaitlyn Michelle

Kaitlyn Michelle has extensive experience in sales and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Recruiting and Development for Cellular Sales in California since July 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing recruiting, training, call center, and leadership development departments. Previously held roles include District Manager for the South District, managing a sales team of approximately 140 representatives across 13 stores, and General Manager for the Central Coast. Prior to Cellular Sales, Kaitlyn was a Leader/Top Account Representative at Rocky Top Marketing Group, Inc., where standout achievements included national recognition for training and leadership, mastering systematic sales strategies, and being selected for the Store Opening Team for new locations. Education was completed at Pellissippi State Community College.
